• Discover the unique and mesmerizing troglodyte surrounded river : throughout centuries men have dug into the rocky cliffs to build their homes; some of them are still being used today.
• You will stay in a 4 star hotel in an authentic troglodyte style room. (inside the mountain cliff!)
• On the following day : Enjoy a tranquil ride through Loire Valley before arriving at your exclusive deserted island situated in the middle of the exhilarating river.
  Set up camp and taste some of the region’s finest wines. Relax with a savory French style campfire dinner and delight in a serene ‘under the stars’ night sleep. For the more courageous, they will be given the option to rise early for a walk or boat ride to discover the morning activities of the Loire’s wild animals (beavers, birds, etc...), before returning for an 8h00 breakfast. Then back to the refinement of Loire Valley.
• No way to leave the region without visiting one of its renaissance jewels , but again with a natural and charming approach by arriving to Chenonceau castle by boat on the timeless river. Gliding under the arches of the Chateau adds to one of many enchanting moments .
• Lastly, a visit to the authentic local morning market set along the river for the last day in the Loire Valley.

3/ MAKE YOUR OWN WINE WITH THE BEST WINE MAKERS : 4 days/ 3 nights

Only on at the end of September/early October - limited to 2 escapes of 6 people maximum . Book early !

An unforgettable weekend in the Loire Valley, at the time of the vintage. : a wine maker opens his vineyard for you.
A chance of a lifetime to participate in the entire process of making wine; from plucking the grapes off the vine to the pressing of the grapes.

The following year, you receive the bottles of wine you have made (an excellent one !) and be proud to open the bottles with your friends!

• A visit to the vineyard with the wine maker
• Participate in the plucking of the grapes,and afterwards with the traditional wine maker’s lunch in the middle of the vineyard
• Back to the cellar, to press your grapes and learn how the wine is made. A true experience with your own harvest.
• In the morning have breakfast along the riverloire.
• Combine the very best of the Loire Valley by visiting a private and charming renaissance castle which produces its own wine.Tour a visit of the cellars.
• The last morning, visit the local traditional market in Amboise.

4/ WE GASTRONOMY IN UNSUAL AND EXCEPTIONAL PLACES : 3 days/ 2 nights

3 days 2 nights : Arrive Friday and leave Sunday.
Loire Valley has a worldwide reputation for its Gastronomy, and its wines are among the best. Combine the pleasure of enjoying an exquisite French dish surrounded by unimaginable, transcendant scenery.

• Aperitif and tasting of the finest local wines in a secluded place situated along the RiverLoire
• Local barbecue (sumptuous lobster enjoyed in a vineyard or in the cellar of the wine maker (depending on the weather)
• Lunch in a splendid private house, partly troglodyte, with a unique view on the Loire Valley. Thérèse, a passionate of French cuisine, will open her kitchen for you, should you wish to learn some of her secrets.
• Private dinner on the terrace of a Renaissance castle (a very special event as the castle normally does not offer this opportunity)
